Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded systems in the DoD space. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years experience, or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience in project management and collaborative teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Secret security clearance (current).

Responsibilities

• Lead post-delivery sustainment activities.
• Coordinate with DoD customers and Saab teams.
• Oversee depot and customer support activities.
• Manage quotes, orders, and Task Orders.
• Track schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
