Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for multiple DoD fielded systems. You will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle to drive quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on delivering on-time performance. Travel up to 15% is expected as part of depot and field support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for post-delivery activities with leadership, customers, and Saab teams
• Provide programmatic leadership for depot and customer support, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management
• Manage spares/repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals for integration, on-site testing, and training
• Coordinate service event planning with TSM, customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians
• Support field technicians during service events by coordinating parts and follow-ups
• Coordinate spares/repair with Contracts, Finance, CM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test
• Track on-time delivery and other program metrics to manage cost, schedule, and quality
• Participate in Saab’s financial planning with revenue forecasts and order projection feedback
• Analyze failure trends, request RCCA, communicate findings, and mitigate inventory risks
• Complete system handovers with Production PM for clear transition of responsibilities
• Develop customer reports aligned with customer model and present updates at PMRs
• Ensure compliance with Saab SOPs and identify process improvement opportunities
• Travel up to 15% annually domestically and internationally
