Saab AB in the United States seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for DoD fielded systems, coordinating with program leadership and cross-functional Saab teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and a focus on quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 15% annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Collaborative team experience and project management proficiency.
• Proficiency with Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, including quoting, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Manage spares and repair quoting, order management, and service contract proposals.
• Coordinate service event planning with stakeholders and ensure parts availability.
• Support field technicians during service events and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate spares and repairs with Contracts, Finance, CM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test.
• Track on-time delivery and key metrics; manage cost, schedule, and quality.
• Participate in financial planning; provide revenue forecasts and order projections.
• Analyze failure trends, request RCCA, and mitigate customer inventory risks.
• Complete system handovers with Production PM to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop customer reports and present updates during PMRs.
• Ensure compliance with Saab SOPs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 15% annually (domestic and international).
