Qualifications

• Experience in direct-response or donor-retention fundraising.
• Comfort with fundraising data and CRM reporting.
• Interest in recurring-revenue fundraising rather than major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Build acquisition strategy to convert one-time donors into monthly supporters.
• Manage retention, upgrade, and win-back campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital.
• Monitor attrition, average gift, and lifetime value, and report on them.
• Coordinate with the wider development team on donor journeys and stewardship.
