Job summary

Make-A-Wish America seeks a Lead Manager, Sustainer Giving to grow the national sustainer program. You will transform donor retention and acquisition across direct mail, paid media, email, SMS and telemarketing, collaborate with channel managers and agencies, and drive lifetime donor value with data-driven strategies.

The role demands strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fully remote environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in direct-response fundraising or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops the national sustainer strategy and program roadmap; acquisition, retention and upgrade.
• Translates strategy into channel briefs for direct mail, paid media, email, SMS and telemarketing.
