Job summary

Operation PAR, Inc. is seeking a Development Manager to grow revenue through donor database management, corporate sponsorships, and grant proposals. The role focuses on securing funding, building partnerships, and optimizing fundraising systems to support annual events and organizational growth.

The candidate will manage proposals, budgets, and reporting dashboards, coordinating with leadership, program staff, and finance to ensure timely submissions and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of grant writing, annual fund management, sponsorships or related fundraising experience.
• 5+ years preferred with CFRE certification.
• Experience in health and human services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect cultivation for foundation and corporate funding opportunities.
• Develop and submit grant proposals and budgets with leadership input.
• Manage grant reporting and renewals with Contracts and Data Analysis.
• Identify sponsorships for special events in collaboration with Marketing.
• Oversee donor database management and gift processing.
