Job summary

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada is seeking a Lead Manager, Sustainer Giving to lead the national sustainer strategy and growth of our recurring giving program. The role focuses on acquiring, retaining, reactivating sustainers, and increasing donor value through multi‑channel campaigns including direct mail, paid media, email, SMS, and telemarketing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainer/recurring giving programs and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate strategy into channel briefs and actionable direction.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external agencies.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership and partners.

Responsibilities

• Owns the national sustainer strategy and program roadmap.
• Develops audience segmentation and targeted messaging for sustainer lifecycle.
• Translates strategy into channel briefs for direct mail, paid media, email, SMS and telemarketing.
• Reviews creative, copy and offers; coordinates decisions across stakeholders.
• Leads cross‑functional collaboration with Integrated Fundraising and channel partners.
