Make-A-Wish America is seeking a results-driven leader to own the strategy and growth of our recurring giving program. You will drive acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrades across all channels.

In this fully remote role, you will develop the annual sustainer strategy, segment audiences, and partner with channel managers and agencies on integrated campaigns. You will analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in direct-response fundraising or marketing.
• Two or more years supporting sustainer or recurring giving programs.
• Experience working in matrixed environments and with external agencies.
