Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Lead Manager, Sustainer Giving to lead the national recurring giving program, driving strategy, growth, retention and upgrade opportunities across channel campaigns.

You will collaborate with Integrated Fundraising, agencies and cross-functional teams to plan and execute multichannel campaigns (direct mail, paid media, email, SMS, telemarketing) in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainer or recurring giving programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable direction across channels.
• Builds trusted relationships across key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret program performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRM and marketing platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develops and owns the annual national sustainer giving strategy and program roadmap, including acquisition goals, retention and reactivation targets, upgrade milestones, stewardship priorities and investment recommendations.
• Establishes audience segmentation frameworks that drive differentiated messaging across the sustainer lifecycle.
• Identifies opportunities to grow the active sustainer base through channel-specific acquisition and audience targeting.
• Partners with senior team members to define giving thresholds and ensure coordinated donor journeys.
• Monitors recurring giving trends and identifies best practices to guide program evolution.
• Translates strategy into channel briefs for direct mail, paid media, email, SMS and telemarketing.
• Reviews creative and audience selections for sustainer campaigns and coordinates cross-channel decisions.
• Maintains relationships with direct mail, digital, data, and agency partners for coherent sustainer activity.
• Advises chapters on sustainer strategy and program standards while maintaining accountability.
• Collaborates with Integrated Fundraising to align sustainer priorities with enterprise goals.
• Leads analysis of program performance and reports results to leadership.
