Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking a Business Development Manager in Needham, MA to sign and grow home-improvement contractor partnerships. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and hand off larger accounts to outside sales while driving financing-enabled sales for sustainable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with executives, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $60k to $100k annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling to HI contractors or distributors.
• Experience working for an HI contractor selling to homeowners using financing to close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners; manage accounts under $2M annually.
• Source new partnership opportunities via inbound leads and outbound outreach.
• Develop deep knowledge of GoodLeap products to connect partners with suitable options.
• Collaborate with BD Directors to ensure partner success and growth guidance.
• Improve sales processes, pitches, and approaches; feedback on new initiatives.
