Job summary

GoodLeap, a technology company delivering financing and software for sustainable solutions, seeks a Business Development Manager to recruit Home Improvement (HI) contractors as partners. You will identify, qualify, and sign new partners, manage portfolios under $2M annually, and collaborate with the BD team to ensure partner success.

You will source opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, develop a deep product knowledge, and provide guidance to partners using data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling to HI contractors or distributors.
• Experience in selling financing to homeowners to close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners; manage accounts under $2M/year.
• Source new partnership opportunities via inbound and outbound outreach.
• Develop knowledge of GoodLeap products to connect partners with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to drive partner growth.
• Improve sales processes and pitches with the team.
