Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or sales.
• Experience selling to home improvement contractors or distributors.
• Experience working with homeowner financing to close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective GoodLeap partners; handle accounts under $2M/year and hand off larger accounts to outside sales.
• Source new partnership opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, and emails.
• Develop knowledge of GoodLeap products; understand customer needs and connect them with solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Directors to ensure partner success and provide BI-driven guidance.
• Innovate sales processes, pitches, and approaches with the team to improve initiatives.
• Explain and position technical issues such as financial products and agreements clearly.
• Interact with Executive team to develop new and enhance existing programs.
