Qualifications

• Internship program designed for students seeking hands-on exposure in live entertainment.
• 15–25 hours per week, with in-office days Tue–Thu in Austin.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars: schedule meetings, appointments, and other obligations.
• Take meeting minutes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork.
• Research, develop, and assist with sustainability initiatives.
• Support staffing activities: organize offer letters, timecards, reimbursements.
• Assist with miscellaneous office and on-site tasks.
