Job summary
C3 Presents in Austin, TX offers a paid internship program for students seeking real-world exposure in the live entertainment industry. This part-time role requires 15-25 hours per week and runs through the 2027 Spring semester, beginning January 19, 2027, and concluding May 6, 2027.
Interns are expected to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday. You will support Sales, Accounts, Operations, and the 508 Club with client management, collateral, gifting, and on-site festival
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student pursuing a relevant degree.
- Interest in live entertainment industry and events.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Accounts with client management and communications.
- Assist Operations with festival operations advance and collateral.
- Help maintain the 508 Club member portal and communications.
- Assist with ideating and facilitating client and member collateral and gifting.
- Plan and help execute Premium Client Services at Two Step Inn in April 2027.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
