Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college/university program in relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to commit to 15–25 hours per week in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping appointments.
• Take meeting minutes, create agendas, and assist with prep.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle required paperwork.
• Research and support sustainability initiatives within operations.
• Assist with staffing procedures, offers, timecards, and reimbursements.
• Support office and on-site tasks as needed.
