Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled student pursuing a degree or equivalent program.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and office tasks.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets.
• Take inventory and order office supplies.
• Assist with monthly birthday gift ordering and distribution.
• Engage with employees across the organization to support culture and events.
• Assist with events led by the Director of Culture & Operations and committees.
