Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and initiative.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to commit to 15–20 hours per week and work in the Austin office Tue–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and online tasks, and various office-related responsibilities.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets.
• Take inventory and order office supplies.
• Assist with monthly birthday gift ordering and distribution.
• Engage with employees across the organization and support company events.
• Gain production knowledge through exposure to the Director’s work and festival operations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
