Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and reconciling staff travel for events and general business needs.
• Assist with reconciling travel-related invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Support travel data analysis and reporting.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff- and attendee-facing technologies.
• Conduct market research as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
