Job summary

C3 Presents is offering a part-time Festival Operations & Sustainability Internship in Austin, TX. This paid internship provides hands-on exposure across site operations, sustainability initiatives, and event planning while you develop leadership and problem-solving skills.

You will gain practical experience coordinating meetings, maintaining documents, and supporting staffing and on-site activities. A laptop and in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday are required for 15–25 hours per

Qualifications

• Must be in our Austin, TX office.
• Previous internship or work experience preferred.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other obligations.
• Take meeting minutes or notes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork as needed.
• Research, develop, and assist with implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Support department staffing activities, including organizing and maintaining offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office and on-site, as requested.
