Live Nation Entertainment Inc's C3 Presents in Austin invites students to join a paid internship program in the live entertainment industry. The role is part-time, 15-25 hours per week, requiring in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with the internship running through the 2027 Spring semester from January 19 to May 6, 2027.

You will gain hands-on exposure across staff travel coordination, travel invoice reconciliation, data analysis, and setup of staff- and attendee-facing technologies,

Qualifications

• Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week, with in‑office availability Tuesday through Thursday.
• Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and reconciling staff travel for events and general business needs
• Assist with reconciling travel‑related invoices and expense reimbursements
• Support travel data analysis and reporting
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff‑and attendee‑facing technologies
• Conduct market research as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the team
