Job summary

• Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office Tue–Thu attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Accounts with client management, communications, social media management, and decks.
• Support Operations with festival operations advance, collateral creation, supplies, and staff uniforms.
• Maintain the 508 Club member portal, events, blogs, and member communications.
• Assist with ideating and facilitating client and member collateral and gifting.
• Assist with planning and on-site execution of Premium Client Services at Two Step Inn Festival in April 2027.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
