Qualifications

• Gain hands-on experience across live event operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Take meeting minutes and prepare agendas.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle paperwork.
• Research and support sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with staffing tasks, including offers and timecards.
• Support office and on-site tasks as needed.
