Seminole Gaming is seeking a kitchen team member to support the Sous Chef and line cooks in a fast-paced casino kitchen in Tampa. You will help with quality control, portioning, and production while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of One to Two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control of products.
• Work across kitchen areas with flexibility.
• Maintain sanitation, labeling, rotation, and proper storage temperatures.
• Support other line staff with daily tasks and production.
• Ensure production aligns with established standards and reduces waste.
