Qualifications

• Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes.
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent contamination.
• Regularly taking inventory of food supplies.
