Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard hotel recipes and specifications.
• Ensure proper product turnover and rotation.

• Monitor staff performance and production flow in absence of senior cooks.
• Assist in cooking and presenting food per productivity standards and cost controls.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure proper guest service.
