Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Experience working Sushi with sushi rice, sushi production, rolled sushi, etc.
• Must be detail oriented and able to read prep lists and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and other dishes to exact standards and recipes.
• Maintain high quality, freshness and presentation for all plates.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safe food handling, FIFO, and proper storage.
