Qualifications

• Previous sushi culinary experience preferred.
• Experience as a sushi cook in a high-volume culinary operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs.
• Handle all allergy/dietary restrictions.
• Follow orders from POS/expeditor.
• Keep station, kitchen and venue clean.
• Communicate with chefs and team; work as a team.
• Execute recipes to company standards.
• Know the venue.
• Comply with health and sanitation standards.
• Report breakage or damage to management.
