Job summary

Endeavors in Indianapolis hires a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to deliver survivor-centered case management during deployable field or remote operations.

You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, and document progress, while protecting privacy and ensuring equitable access.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, disaster experience, and willingness to deploy nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in disaster case management and survivor services.
• Professional fluency in English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, local, and nonprofit resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in approved systems.
• Protect PII and follow privacy, cybersecurity, and records rules.
• Coordinate with partners and participate in readiness and training.
