Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. Responsibilities include intake, needs assessments, recovery planning, and coordinating resources while protecting privacy and ensuring equitable access.

Deployments are anticipated; housing allowances and per diems are provided upon deployment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and disaster-related experience; travel nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, benefits/resource navigation, disaster recovery, or community-based services preferred.
• Professional spoken fluency in an additional language is desirable; deployments may require team language capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors, identify barriers, and update plans as needs change.
• Coordinate resources from federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community partners to address unmet needs.
