Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management during field or remote deployments. You will conduct intake, assess needs, and develop individualized recovery plans with survivors, coordinating federal, state, and community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools.
• Work with survivors to develop individualized recovery plans and set achievable goals.
• Identify, verify, and coordinate federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community resources for unmet needs.
• Provide resource referrals and follow-up; assist survivors in navigating benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain survivor records with privacy, accuracy, and required statistics in case management systems.
• Protect PII and comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and records-management requirements.
• Deploy to field or remote locations and participate in required readiness activities and training.
