Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to deliver survivor-centered services in field or remote deployments. You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, and help survivors create recovery plans while coordinating resources and maintaining detailed case records.

The role emphasizes privacy, equitable access, and adherence to program guidance, with training, readiness activities, and nationwide travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience as required by organization.
• Experience in disaster-related human services is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in language other than English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Work with survivors to develop individualized recovery plans and goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit resources.
• Provide referrals and follow-up to navigate benefits and services.
• Protect privacy and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Maintain deployment readiness and participate in required trainings.
