Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for the Advanced Surgery division in the United States.

You will be the primary face to doctors and nurses, promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products in an assigned geography to meet clinical and economic needs. You will build trust on location, manage relationships with healthcare professionals, and influence decisions throughout the customer’s buying process while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years operating room sales experience in OR environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label surgical use and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers, providing product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and meet expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential for the territory.
• Coordinate with hospital administration, supply chain, and purchasing teams.
• Provide feedback to marketing for program and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously while communicating with management.
