Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio on-site with healthcare professionals. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products in your geography.

You will travel up to 50% to engage surgeons, educate teams, and demonstrate Baxter solutions, contributing to patient outcomes and the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years in sales or operating room environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel about 50% and cover a multi-state geography.

Responsibilities

• Understand all products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes, changes, and opportunities to RM, TBM, and SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and educate Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Ensure on-label usage of Baxter products in the surgical suite.
• Understand the industry landscape and competition to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with RM, TBM, and SAM to reach financial goals and quotas.
