Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery division in Irvine, CA. You will be the face of our surgical products to healthcare professionals, building trust with doctors and nurses while promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience (OR sales or large territory) and 50% travel. You will drive quotas, educate on-label use, and collaborate with hospital teams to meet clinical and economic

Qualifications

Experience in hospital-based selling in operating rooms or large territory management.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence physicians.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across multiple states.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of all products and services.
Educate physicians on on-label use and product benefits.
Maintain relationships with customers and meet expectations of internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor forecasts and contribute to market potential assessment for the territory.
Coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain teams.
Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
Work autonomously and communicate remotely with management.
