Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build relationships with doctors and nurses, promote hemostats and tissue products, and support operating room teams across a multi-state geography.

The role requires hospital-based selling experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50% to meet customers' clinical and economic needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by directly selling products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label surgical procedures and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and meet their expectations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess territory potential.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and purchasing teams.
• Support others and contribute beyond own responsibilities.
• Provide feedback for marketing programs and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously while communicating with management.
