Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ is seeking an OR Technician CTOR to join the Operating Room team. Under perioperative RN supervision, you will organize and administer age-specific patient care during surgical procedures.

This full-time, day-shift role requires certification as a Surgical Technologist and current BLS. Pay range is $34.80–$42.88 per hour, with RWJBarnabas Health benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Surgical Technologist.
• Current BLS required (American Heart Association)
• Successful completion of all Orientation and Departmental Programs with documentation

Responsibilities

• Maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient’s physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative.
• Collaborate with the perioperative RN to organize and administer age-specific patient care.
