Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies in Greenville, SC to promote, position, and sell our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the territory. You will lead product evaluations, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and support procedures in operating rooms and office settings.

The role emphasizes in-person support, territory growth, and collaborative planning with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise and troubleshoot during procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts within territory.
• Educate customers on product features and economic value through in-services.
• Track sales activity and territory performance with approved tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
