Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) for the Short Procedure Unit at Einstein Montgomery. This full-time day-shift role (32 hours per week) runs 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with no weekend or on-call requirements.

The CST ensures sterile field integrity and supports intraoperative care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. The technician precepts others and collaborates with the perioperative team to deliver patient- and family-centered care across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of a surgical technician training program.

• Knowledge of respectful and collaborative care with patients, families, and designated care partners.

• Familiarity with effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques in patient care.
