Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for its Advanced Surgery division. You’ll promote a deep portfolio of surgical products to clinicians, build trusted relationships with doctors and nurses, and support in-operating room teams.

This is a field-based role demanding travel across a defined geography. You’ll drive product adoption, provide solutions, and collaborate with regional leadership to hit financial targets while upholding Baxter’s commitment to patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant sales or operating room environment experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and maintain territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Understand all products and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and report outcomes and opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and conduct in-services.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Ensure on-label usage and presence in the surgical suite.
• Develop plans with regional managers to reach financial goals and quotas.
