Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build trust with doctors and nurses on-site, promote our hemostats, sealing and tissue products, and drive relationships across an assigned geography.

You will travel up to 50% and partner with regional managers to meet clinical and economic needs. A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales or OR experience, or 4+ years in related roles, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related (sales/operating room) experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand all products, surgical specialties and devices within the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and communicate outcomes and opportunities to RM/TBM/SAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services for Baxter regulators and spray equipment.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products in the surgical suite and in-servicing.
• Understand industry and marketplace, including competition, to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with RM/TBM/SAM to develop plans to reach financial goals and quotas.
