Valley Health Physician Alliance in Las Vegas is seeking a Central Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling for surgeries and procedures. You will relay patient prep details and coordinate with the Scheduling Department to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong clerical skills, with preference for prior medical clerical experience and a medical assistant background.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred.
• Reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Familiarity with medical office equipment and software.
• Strong customer service skills and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for surgery and procedures.
• Communicate preparations to patients and to the Scheduling Department.
• Gather information from physicians for supply requests and report data.
• Demonstrate service excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
