Qualifications

• Minimum one year of medical experience preferred.
• Be reliable, responsible, and fulfill obligations.
• Attention to detail and thorough in tasks.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and office terminology.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completed Medical Assistant/Specialist program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for surgery and other procedures.
• Communicate preparations to patient and share information with Scheduling Department.
• Gather information from physicians/offices regarding supplies and report statistics.
