Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a surgical scheduler.
• Experience with clinical orthopedic and/or surgery is required.
• Minimum two years' experience in a surgeon’s office.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance authorizations and appeals.
• Schedule surgeries and send appropriate paperwork to patients.
• Coordinate emergency surgical situations.
• Anticipate the needs of the clinic.
