Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow compliance plans and policies.
• Provide quality patient service.
• Answer and screen phone calls and route to appropriate areas.
• Learn Paragon, patient registration and scheduling workflows.
• Assist with reception for check-in and check-out.
• Perform other duties as needed per the job description.
