Job summary

Lee Weber Group is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales of an innovative biologics and regenerative tissue product line into the operating rooms of hospitals in the United States. The role offers a base salary with strong uncapped commissions and full medical/dental benefits, plus a 401(k) plan.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical sales, preferably with exposure to vascular, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, or general surgery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably calling on vascular, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and/or general surgeons in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage revenues to meet company targets.
• Engage with clients and patients, participate in service events and follow-ups.
• Report sales and forecasts.
• Maintain CRM data accurately.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and reimbursement discussions.
• Advise on U.S. strategy and potential process improvements.

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with an international manufacturer of biologics and skin-substitute products. This role will be responsible for the sale of an innovative regenerative tissue product line into the operating room of hospitals.

Compensation Profile:

Base: $85,000-$95,000

1st Year Total Comp: $180,000+ (uncapped commissions)

Full Medical/Dental and 401K

Essential Functions

• Sell and manage revenues consistent with company targets


• Work with clients and patients as well as perform in service events and follow up appropriately


• Report sales and forecasts


• Maintain all information in company CRM system


• Support and help refine/develop go-to market strategy


• Advise company regarding reimbursement issues


• Advise the company on overall U.S. strategy


• Recommend new corporate processes where needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree, preferably in the Business, Science, or Medical field


• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably calling on vascular, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and/or general surgeons in the operating room


• Proven experience and high achievement in sales
