A regenerative medicine company seeks a motivated Direct Sales Representative to promote proprietary biologic implants to orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists. You'll build relationships, drive product adoption in the operating room, and create business plans to grow revenue in your territory. The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales and a proven sales track record. Qualifications

Direct Sales Representative – Orthopedic Biologics - Building outside sales team!

Company Overview

A fast-growing, privately held regenerative medicine company specializing in advanced biologic implants for orthopedic and sports medicine applications. The company holds multiple patents, is backed by strong clinical evidence, and is expanding its commercial presence nationally.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell proprietary biologic implants to orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and surgery center accounts. You will drive product adoption in the OR, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and grow revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and key hospital/ASC decision-makers.
• Build consultative relationships with surgeons and hospital administration.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including competitive conversion strategies.

• 3+ years of direct medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopedics, sports medicine, or biologics.
