Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Orange County territory to drive end-to-end program development, clinical success, and sales for Ottava Surgical Robotics.

You will lead clinical and technical discussions, educate physicians and staff, and manage post-sales adoption while traveling frequently across hospitals and procedural settings in the territory.

Formación

• Field-based role requiring frequent travel across the assigned territory.
• Incentive compensation program/MBO participation optional under company guidelines.
• J&J Fleet program eligibility with option for company car or car allowance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans for the territory achieving procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base within qualified accounts.
• Maintain a strategic business plan and present realistic forecasts to sales management.
• Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations to support sales and adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
• Oversee post-sales installation, implementation and adoption with the sales and service teams.
• Educate physicians and staff on Ottava products and ensure clinical and economic outcomes for customers.
