IQVIA is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist for Surgery Products who will sell end-to-end within an assigned portfolio, focusing on upgrading usage of adjunctive hemostat products and expanding opportunities across designated accounts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven sales track record with account growth.
Ability to learn clinical and product information across a broad portfolio.
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

Expand sales within the designated surgery product portfolio while complying with laws, policies, and sales direction.
Perform end-to-end selling across the portfolio and drive upgrades within targeted accounts.
Develop and execute account-specific upgrade strategies aligning unmet needs, clinical priorities, and contracting opportunities.
Build in-depth knowledge of adjunctive hemostat products, competition, market dynamics, and care settings in the territory.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and field sales teams to identify opportunities.
