Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery portfolio while complying with laws and company policies.
• Perform end-to-end selling, drive upgrades, and develop new account opportunities.
• Develop account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies aligning unmet needs with contracting opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the portfolio, competitors, market dynamics, and care settings.
• Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinicians, and supply chain partners.
• Deliver compliant, persuasive product presentations and portfolio recommendations.
• Provide post-sale in-services and education to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align portfolio initiatives with regional priorities.
