Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist for Surgery Products. The role focuses on end-to-end selling across a designated surgery portfolio, driving upgrades and adoption of adjunctive hemostat products.

You will build strategic plans, engage healthcare decision-makers, and collaborate with field teams to deliver value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a proven sales track record, with strong communication and the ability to travel

Responsibilities

Sell end-to-end across the surgery portfolio, including upgrades.
Develop account-specific upgrade strategies aligned with needs and contracting opportunities.
Build knowledge of adjunctive hemostat products, competition, and market dynamics.
Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinicians, and supply chain partners.
Deliver compliant, persuasive product presentations and portfolio recommendations.
Provide post-sale education and coordination to ensure adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and feedback.
